Does anyone know where where I can find a Shih Tzu puppy?

I am looking to get a Shih Tzu puppy and I was wondering if anyone knew of someone who was getting rid of one or a place where I can get one for a low price. I would prefer the person to live near Franklin, Pennsylvania. Thank you very much.
