hehe so cute. We used to do that with ours but her coat got unmanageble and she’d growl with the knots that she’d make. Plus doing that knot pulls on their eyelids..not good. So our groomer puts bows in her ears hehe. she puts the other dogs bows now on the collar, lasts longer lol
