How can I get my 3 female Shih Tzus to stop peeing on my Rugs. I've tried spraying vinegar and other stuff from the pet store to no avail. I am in need of some solutions. Thanks in advance

it depends on the dog, I've known them to bark when playing at 1 to 2 weeks old.
